I just wanted to post a video I shot a year ago, from a small but really nice wedding.

Thanks!!!
Yesterday, I was at Shirley Palumbo’s house taking pictures of her daughter’s (Anamarie) 8th birthday.
It was a great party with a lot of food, drink, music and great games to keep the kids entertained.
Here are few of my favorites:

You can check all the pictures from this party at MY PICTAGE.
If you need a Professional Photographer to save the precious moment of your party, birthday, wedding or Bar Mitzvah, please live a comment and I will return as soon as I get it.

Would you believe if I told you that there is this video on YouTube that has been viewed more than 64,538,000 times?
You read it right… Sixty-Four Million!!!
So… What do you need to have a Killer Video to have this many people watching it?
1) Good Title (Achmed the Dead Terrorist)
2) Good Content (Great Show)
3) 64 millon of people with nothing else better to do
I couldn’t believe how good Jeff Dunham (American ventriloquist and stand-up comedian) is.
Here is the video…
Or you can watch it direct on YouTube

Last Weekend I Was invited to Michele’s 4th Birthday Party.
The party’s theme was ARIEL (little mermaid) at the YMCA Fort Lauderdale/ Hollywood area (taff st).

The kids were supposed to use the Pool for 2 hours, but because of our “South Florida” peculiar weather, they had to use one of the Aerobic Classes Room to let the kids have some playtime.
The kids had a blast…

OK… Not just the kids!!! I had some fun also.

at the end… It was a fun party! I Felt like a big BIG KID!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MICHELE!!!
This post is for Ken and Eve (Peggy’s Parents)…
I hope you are up and dancing in no time.
Have fun with this video!!!
Before you start reading to deep into this post or watching the following video, I want to say something important…
This is a very creative video that will teach you 101 tips for short-cuts in Photoshop. If you don’t know what Photoshop is, or you don’t care about the short-cuts, you might not enjoy this video as much as I did. But, if you like Photoshop, go ahead and get a pen and paper… You are going to need it.
This is a Music Video, more like a Video-Clip (MTV style), that will certainly help you with your Photoshop skills.
Enjoy it!
I would love to know what you think about this post.
Please, leave a comment.
Don’t you have that days that you wake up and you just don’t feel the energy? That, was how my morning started!
On this Sunday, where my wife and son are traveling for my wife’s family reunion, I woke up late with the whole house in silence. I could even hear a far way sound of singing birds outside of the house. After a fast breakfast, I came to the computer to edit some more of my work, but something changed inside me when I decided to have a break and came across this 60 seconds video.
As I have promissed… here is the video
I had so much fun on this wedding… Thank you Sirlene and Gustavo.
Once again is Father’s Day.
Sure I have been celebrating Father’s day since I was born, but I was celebrating it from other perspective (as the son). And by the way… In Brazil, we celebrate Father’s Day on “Second Sunday of August”.
Four years ago father’s Day started having a completely different meaning to me… Ryan was born in MAY of 2004, and a month latter I was celebrating my FIRST OFFICIAL FATHER’S DAY.
I don’t want to take to much of your time explaining how great my life has been this last four years, or how proud I feel seen Ryan growing up to be the extraordinary person that he is (at least through my eyes). I would have to write a book just to describe my last four years of fatherhood, but instead I wanted to show you only the beginning… and maybe you can understand what runs inside my heart!!!
Please whatch the video (Ryan’s First Year - around 10 minutes long) and Multiply my feelings X 100 times :-)

I just finished working on the pictures that I took yesterday of Orioles - Spring Training at Fort Lauderdale Stadium. There were so many players there that would be hard to write about all them or post all the pictures of the Major Players here.
But anyway … I wasn’t there to watch the game or any Major Player. My mission was to take some pictures and video of one of their Spring Training Invitee (Matt Wieters).
If you haven’t heard about him yet, don’t worry, you will hear about him pretty soon. He is one of the most promising Orioles Spring Training Invitee.
But don’t take my word on that!!!
STACK media, which is the nation’s leading producer and distributor of sports performance, training and lifestyle content for high school athletes and high school sports community, flew their Managing Director (Rachel Trem) just to have an interview 1 on 1 with Wieters.
Not just that, but the Brand Manager of Under Armour (Colin Clark) and his Associate Marketing Manager-Footwear (Michael Cutting) were there also to support Matt Wieters.
I am not a baseball expert… but the people that I just mentioned before flew between 3 to 5 hours each way in a single day, just to spend few hours with Matt.
I was told that Matt will be a big plus for whatever Major League Team. I hope that he stays here with our ORIOLES.
I’ve created just two Photo Collages of this game and meeting, but you can check in few weeks more pictures and the video of Matt Wieters at www.stack.com.

This last picture shows the Videographer John Lorence (that was shooting fom my company - Paulo Photography & Video) recording Rachel Tream (STACK) interviewing Mat Wieters.

Few years ago I joined a GROUP of Videographers (South Florida Professional Videoartist Association). We have our meetings every third Wednesday of the month at 1700 NW 66 Ave Suite 100 Plantation, FL 33313.
I have to say that that I am impressed with our president (Danny). He always work extra hard to make sure that every month we have more and more Professional Videographers (VIDEO ARTIST) coming to our meetings.
I enjoy going to the meetings, there I can exchange some ideas and new techniques with the TOP Videographers of South Florida.
Yesterday we had a group of more than 40 people… THAT WAS GREAT!!!
Ed Sherry (JVC) and Garvin Beharry (VIDEOSCOPE) were the speakers for the night. They were showing us the latest cameras and accessories of the moment. Have people like them coming to our association makes the meetings a lot more dinamic and interesting.
After the meeting, around ten (10) of us went to a close little sport bar for some dinner and exchange few more ideas.
Here is the deal…
I can certainly say that the Videographers from our association are the best that South Floridat has to offer, and if for any reason I’m not available to shoot your event personally… You need to contact any of our professionals to be there for you. You don’t want take the chance with another “Professional” that is not from our association. Believe me!!!
Here is a little Photo Collage that I did with few pictures that I took yesterday.
PS. If you noticed… I am not in the pictures… I was the Photographer… LOL!!!

Hey… if you liked the Collage or have something to add about this post, please leave a comment. OK?
Thanks!

Let me show you a cool wedding video!!!
Last week I went to a one year birthday of a friend’s son. That was a cool party, with clowns, music, etc…
At the party, I saw Sirlene and Gustavo (I shot their wedding few months ago). My company (Paulo Photography & Video) was responsible for the Photographer and Videographer and I remember how their wedding was fun and that I had a great time shooting it.
I always do the editing of the Pictures and Video myself.
I don’t have their pictures anymore in my computer to show to you, but I was looking into my files here, and I found their Video Highlights. It is a fun and short video showing the best moments of their Wedding.
CLICK HERE to open their Video!
I hope that you like it.
After you watch it, please leave a comment below. OK?
