Pregancy Photography - Miami - Fort Lauderdale

Thursday, July 24th, 2008

Most of my clients know me as a Wedding Photographer, and it is fair to say that 80% of my photography work is shooting weddings.

When Anna asked me to take some Pregnancy Portraits of her, I knew that I would have to give my best to don’t let her photos look like another boring pregnancy picture that you find all the time on the Internet.

I wanted her photo session to look like something artistic, romantic and sensual.

Here are few of the pictures that I wanted to show you.

Miami Pregnancy Photography

Do you believe on the saying; “One picture can say more than a thousand words“?

If there was a single picture that could describe the beauty of a Pregnant Woman, I would have to say that the picture that I am showing below would be the one.

When Anna asked me last week to take some Pregnancy Pictures of her on the beach, the only thing that came to my mind was that I needed to make her session my personal challenge.

It would have to be a Photo Session so beautiful that wouldn’t only inspire me as an artist, but it would translate the beauty of a Pregnant Woman with only one click of my camera.

You might think that I am crazy, and that I just took this shot. :-)

No!

She asked me to take few different shots and I wanted to try few different posses too. All together, we got so many good pictures that for sure I am creating one Pregnancy Sample Album for me using just her pictures.

Anyway, I might finish editing the other pictures in one or two days. Whenever I am done, I will post few more pictures of here session here.

HERE ARE MY THOUSAND WORDS!!!

A good day after all

Do you know that days that you just don’t feel right, that everything that you do feels bad, and no matter what, it feels that there is nothing you can do about it?

Mabe  a phone call might help!!!

… A month ago, I went to Orlando-Florida for a Videographers Convention.

I went for the Convention, but my wife and my son enjoyed the ocasion to have their little vacation. Anyway, after few days learning a lot from the best instructors of USA, it was finally time to come back home.

On our last day in Orlando, I still had one last class to atend in the morning, so I left the car with my wife and walked a mile until the convention. My wife would wake up latter and take care of the hotels check-out.

One week latter I would notice that one of my monopods was missing. I looked everywhere and nothing! After a lot of thinking and few long distance calls, I figured it out that my wife forgot my monopod at our hotel room.

To make the story shorter, Last Saturday I decided to go back to Orlando (3 hours drive from Fort Lauderdale - 6 hours to go and come back) to get my monopod back. You can see now the reason of why I was not feeling to happy.

Six hours driving by myself and with the cost of this little trip already bothering me, I thought that nothing could change what I was feeling

… I was wrong!!!

I was already driving back from Orlando, when my cell rings. It was somebody asking me about photography samples and packages.

I asked her how she had found my phone number, and she told me that she was searching on the internet and that she really liked my style. She was still going trough the samples and saying that I would be the perfect Photographer for her wedding.

We talked about different styles and different options to make the memory of her special day as special as she deserve. We might have talked for almost an hour and to tell the truth I wouldn’t mind to keep the talking a little longer.

Anyway, when I hanged up the phone, I was smiling and singing an old song that was playing on the radio.

So, next time that I might be feeling sad again, would you give me a call?

:-)
