Yesterday night, we had once again another great Pussycat Party.
The party was held at PASSION, located at Hard Rock Casino and Hotel in Hollywood, FL.
Pussycat Fridays, as the name suggests, happens every Friday from 10:00pm to 3:30am and it is a perfect place to meet there the most beautiful people from Palm Beaches, Broward and Miami-Dade.
Most of people know me as a Wedding and Event Photographer, but I also like to work with commercial, models and pets.
Not to long ago, I started getting some unusual requests to go to people events as a PERSONAL PAPARAZZI. You got it right… They pay me to go to their event and make they look like some big Hollywood Star. Not just that, but they want to have fun while a professional photographer follow them on their special event.
Tonight I was invited to go to UNCOMMON GALLERY (commercial blvd.) for a Book Signing Event (Book- The Empty Cup Runneth Over). Cindy Papale (Author and Breast Cancer Survivor) is a Facebook Friend of mine, so I thought that would be fun go there a “la Paparazzi Style”.
I didn’t bring any Paparazzi Backdrop or Red Carpet (as I usually do to some of my events), but it was fun to help her with some promotional shots.
Yesterday, I was at Shirley Palumbo’s house taking pictures of her daughter’s (Anamarie) 8th birthday.
It was a great party with a lot of food, drink, music and great games to keep the kids entertained.
Here are few of my favorites:
You can check all the pictures from this party at MY PICTAGE.
If you need a Professional Photographer to save the precious moment of your party, birthday, wedding or Bar Mitzvah, please live a comment and I will return as soon as I get it.
Paul and Valerie DeBianchi open their house to the “MSF” - Rock’n Boat Parade Party.
It was a great party with a lot of beautiful people, a great view to watch the Boat Parade and even a live band, but the most important was that it helped the MSF raising money for their cause.
I would like to thank not just Paul and Valerie for their incredible big heart, but also Annette (Fund Development-Event Specialist Multiple Sclerosis Foundation) and Stenovia (Enchantment - Event Planning) for having me as their “Event Photographer”
Here is a little collage that I made from yesterda’s party:
About MSF:
Their mission: The mission of the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation is to provide programs and support services to those persons affected by MS that help them maintain their health, safety, self-sufficiency, and personal well-being; and to heighten public awareness of multiple sclerosis in order to elicit financial support for the MSF’s programs and services and promote understanding for those diagnosed with the illness.
Sure I mentioned before that I was the Photographer for the “Sports Hall of Fame - Class of 2008″. But it is always good to be recognized for my work.
Yesterday, Stacy Ostrau (Community Affairs Manager) of Sun-sentinel (The best newspaper of South Florida), wrote an article about the Sports Hall of Fame giving me the credit for the pictures that I took there.
I know that it is normal to mention the Photographer’s name, but I take my work very seriously, and I cant deny that I loved to see my name there.
Tuesday night I was shooting some very well known celebrities here in South Florida.
It was the Sports Hall of Fame - Class of 2008, with six new inductees (Kaye Pearson, Bonnie Canino, Cameron Benson, Eric Eichmann, Joe Rose and Danny Kanell, Jr.).
Other than the six inductees, there were at least another 20 past inductees present at the event.
It was a great event, with nice people, great dinner and some great pictures.
I just want to show some pictures and say few thanks and congratulations:
1) John and Sakia (Sports Hall of Fame); Thank for inviting me to be the photographer of this beautiful event.
(Here you can see Mr. Huizenga with John)
(John and Saskia… You guys have done a great job. Congratulations!)
2) Joe Rose and Wife; Congratulation on your beautiful family and for one more happy anniversary.
(Happy Anniversary to this Happy Couple)
3) Danny Kanell Jr. and Wife; Congratulations for your beautiful baby boy (the youngest guest of the night).

Tonight I came with Peggy and Ryan to a Super Hero Party.
It was a great party organized by the city of Hollywood, FL - where the kids would dress-up like super heroes. There were few kids dressed as bat-man, super-man, spider-man, etc - Ryan was one the more handsome spider-man of the party.
Cassy and Luke’s Wedding pictures are ready for viewing at my PICTAGE.
The pictures are carefully separated in few different categories to make it easier to you find the picture that you are looking for. Here are the categories:
Yesterday, October 31st, Peggy and I took Ryan to this great Halloween Party.
The party was in a Community Gated area here in Hollywood, FL - where they had 4 huge bouncing houses, hot-dogs, juices, popcorn, etc. The kids were having a blast.
Around 6pm most of the kids and parents started the real Trick or Treat.
I left Peggy and Ryan there asking for candy, and came back home, so I could give candy to the kids that were knocking on my door.
Last Weekend I Was invited to Michele’s 4th Birthday Party.
The party’s theme was ARIEL (little mermaid) at the YMCA Fort Lauderdale/ Hollywood area (taff st).
The kids were supposed to use the Pool for 2 hours, but because of our “South Florida” peculiar weather, they had to use one of the Aerobic Classes Room to let the kids have some playtime.
The kids had a blast…
OK… Not just the kids!!! I had some fun also.
at the end… It was a fun party! I Felt like a big BIG KID!!!
Saturday, when I was still having lunch with the Ft Lauderdale Photowalk Group, I got a call from a friend of mine asking me if I could help her mom (Macy’s Bridal department Manager). The original Photographer that was supposed to be at their Bridal Show had just called saying that he couldn’t make it.
I came home to change my clothes as fast as I could, got some sample albums, business cards, few 20″ x 30″ enlargements and drove to Macy’s (Galleria Mall).
There I met few interesting vendors and talked with few beautiful brides.
I just want to thank “CUKA” (my friend’s mom) for having me there. She did an excellent job organizing the event.
Here are few pictures that I took while I was there.
7,297 Photographers in more than 240 cities around the world will be participating of the FIRST WORLDWIDE PHOTOWALK.
This week, the biggest Brazilian Newspaper here in USA (ACHEI-USA) published a whole page about me and the Worldwide Photowalk that is going to happen this weekend. As I said, more than 240 cities around the world will be having their Photowalk on August 23, 2008, and I was invited to be the City Leader of the Fort Lauderdale Photowalk.
Today I just got the confirmation that ezinearticles.com just published 2 more of my articles about Photowalk.

This Wednesday was our PPGF monthly meeting. This one was very special meeting; we had a Print Competition. We had photographers from West Palm Beach, Broward and Dade counties.
I joined PPGF few months ago, and this was my first Print Competition ever. I had no idea what to expect and what picture I should enter to the competition.
Anyway, I entered one print for Commercial Photography and one print for Portrait (the two hardest categories).
The best prints of the day got an average of 80 to 83 points. So, I didn’t get that sad when I got 78 on each one of them.
Anyway, I want to show you both pictures and you tell me what you think. OK?
Yesterday, I wrote a post showing a Video (Click Here to Watch the Video) of Stefano’s First Birthday, that happened one year ago.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have to much time to edit any of the pictures to ad to that post, so today I am doing that.
Last year, Stefano’s party was great, and so was the party yesterday. A lot of balloons, food, drinks, a giant ELMO, and a Clown doing some face painting.
I want to thank Mariane and Carillo (Stefano’s parents) for inviting me to be part of Stefano’s special day. I also want to thank Carol for helping me with the photos.
Here are some of the shots that I selected to post here (if you want to see al the pictures taken, please write a comment below with your email address, so I can send the link where the other pictures will be posted)
Carillo was ready to his son’s party.
Look how happy Mariane was watching Stefano playing with his golf cart.
Gramdpa couldn’t hide his excitement.
Grandma and Grandpa came from Brazil just for the birthday… Hey… You guys look to cool to be grandma and grandpa.
Did I mention that the party theme was: Elmo’s World?
She did a great job painting the kid’s faces
Sorry everybody, but I have to say that… This is my 1st place of the day… What a great picture!!!
This is a picture of Mariane’s Family… Such great people. Did I mention that they came from Brazil just for this birthday?
