Do you believe on the saying; “One picture can say more than a thousand words“?
If there was a single picture that could describe the beauty of a Pregnant Woman, I would have to say that the picture that I am showing below would be the one.
When Anna asked me last week to take some Pregnancy Pictures of her on the beach, the only thing that came to my mind was that I needed to make her session my personal challenge.
It would have to be a Photo Session so beautiful that wouldn’t only inspire me as an artist, but it would translate the beauty of a Pregnant Woman with only one click of my camera.
You might think that I am crazy, and that I just took this shot.
No!
She asked me to take few different shots and I wanted to try few different posses too. All together, we got so many good pictures that for sure I am creating one Pregnancy Sample Album for me using just her pictures.
Anyway, I might finish editing the other pictures in one or two days. Whenever I am done, I will post few more pictures of here session here.

Today the PPGF Association (Photographers) had a great family barbecue at John U. Lloyd Beach State Park. Ok… It was more a Picnic than a barbecue, but since we are in America… let’s say that it was a barbecue. OK?
Everything was perfect; a lot of people from our association showed up with their families. My wife and my son (Peggy and Ryan) came with me, so we could have some good time together.
As I said, everything was great; good food, great people and a perfect weather. What else can you ask for?

I just had a great seminar tonight about Family Portrait with Tammy Griffin (from Ocala, FL).
I would like to say an extra thanks to the people of PPGF for this great seminar and all the great prizes.
The topic was “Family Portrait”, including how to manage a home based photography studio”.
As you might know, 90% of my business is Wedding Photography, but once a while I break this rule and try to accommodate some clients that need me to help them with some other events (Bar/ Bat Mitzvah, Sweet Sixteen or even some Portraits).
I loved the way that Tammy explained how she runs her home based photography business, and how she interacts with her clients.
If you live close to Ocala, and need a Photographer, I would recommend you contacting Tammy before you talk to any other photographer in the area. You are not going to regret it.
On the other hand, if you live here in South Florida, just give me a call and I will try to help you with your next Photography Project (events, portraits and etc) the best as I can. All depends on how busy my schedule would be for that period.
If for some reason I can not be your photographer, I will personally help you to find another photographer in this area. OK?
If you are a woman, and you decided that your New Year’s Resolution would be loosing some weight or start going to the gym, here is one more reason to come to our GOLD’S GYM Hollywood, FL.
Yesterday morning I had a Photo Shoot Session with Preston. He works every morning at the front desk of our GOLD’S GYM.

Yesterday, I wrote a post showing a Video (Click Here to Watch the Video) of Stefano’s First Birthday, that happened one year ago.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have to much time to edit any of the pictures to ad to that post, so today I am doing that.
Last year, Stefano’s party was great, and so was the party yesterday. A lot of balloons, food, drinks, a giant ELMO, and a Clown doing some face painting.
I want to thank Mariane and Carillo (Stefano’s parents) for inviting me to be part of Stefano’s special day. I also want to thank Carol for helping me with the photos.

One year ago I was hired to cover this amazing birthday. Stefano was celebrating his 1st birthday, and he had the best party ever.
Today is July 11th, and Stefano will be celebrating his 2nd birthday. I am glad to say that once more, I will be there to help him saving some little, but important memories for generations to come.

4th of July is a very important Holiday, maybe the most important American Holiday.
Today, even if is just for today, I want you to forget if you are Democrat or Republican, if you leave on East or West Coast, I want you to forget if you are Rich or Poor, and I don’t care what country you were born, because today we are Americans.

Blog, Twitter and Flickr…, these are my three new great ways to keep in contact with people that want to know a little more about me and my work.

My next “thing” is TWITTER. There, I write 3 or four times a day just little sentences about what I am doing of my day. You can also check the notes from Twitter on the landing page of my website www.paulopics.com.
And two months ago I signed to FLICKR (you can post some random pictures there). I use Flickr to organize a group that I created FORT LAUDERDALE PHOTOWALK. There you can check not just pictures that I’ve taken, but also pictures of everybody that is part of that group.

Don’t you have that days that you wake up and you just don’t feel the energy?That, was how my morning started!
On this Sunday, where my wife and son are traveling for my wife’s family reunion, I woke up late with the whole house in silence. I could even hear a far way sound of singing birds outside of the house. After a fast breakfast, I came to the computer to edit some more of my work, but something changed inside mewhen I decided to have a break and came across this 60 seconds video.

I want to update my Website, but first I need to finish this one that I started creating to my wife.
Peggy is a talented Photo-Stylist and she has been traveling all over the country helping her clients to create a personal and unique image for their catalogs and commercials. She works with clients like; Nike, The Home Depot, Kmart, Frontgate, McDonald’s, Macy’s and so many other companies and celebrities that it would take to much of your time if I have to mention all them here.
Anyway…
She has two very strong agencies representing her: Team and Ford, but once a while she has some other stylists or photographers asking asking her to see her work.
This week she asked me if I could create a website for her, so she could organize some of her work there to people see them. It might take few days until I finish the whole project, but I wanted to show you what the Landing Page will look like.
